We highly recommend taking some time to explore the platform and really understand the EBS principles before you begin. The more you know, the better your chances of making lasting habit changes.

Remember that the EBS method isn’t about perfection. It’s about making progress, no matter how small. You don’t need to be a master chef or be at home to start your wellness journey. Just follow the Food Lists and hydration tips, stick to your daily mental wellness routine, and follow the movement videos that you can do anywhere. You’ll be well on your way to feeling great!

Start your journey with the Six-Week Reset

The Six-Week Reset is so effective because it gives your body and mind enough time to truly adapt to meaningful change. While it typically takes 21–30 days to break old habits and begin forming new ones, the full six weeks provide the reinforcement needed to embed those changes for the long term.

It’s also the perfect timeframe for your body to start showing real, measurable improvements, like reduced inflammation, a healthier gut, and more consistent energy levels. This reset isn’t about quick fixes. It’s a carefully designed journey that supports you in shifting your mindset, rewiring behaviors, and establishing habits that stick.

Week 1: The Reset

This foundational phase is about clearing space, both physically and mentally. You’ll start letting go of old patterns and giving your body what it needs to begin healing.

Weeks 2–3: The Rewire

Here, the focus shifts to building. You’ll start forming new, supportive habits and begin rewiring how you think about food, movement, and self-care.

Weeks 4–6: The Mastery

Now comes the transformation. These final weeks are about turning new habits into second nature. You’ll refine your routines and gain the confidence to maintain them well beyond the reset.

By the end of the six weeks, these new routines feel natural, no longer temporary efforts, but lasting parts of your lifestyle that lay the foundation for long-term health.
