Backed by medical professionals since 2019, EBS supports thousands of people worldwide with practical, science-backed tools to improve their long-term health.

Yalda studied nutrition at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London following her own long and complex health journey. She brings a culturally rich, compassionate, and science-driven approach to everything she does. Half-Moroccan and half-Persian, and a mother of two boys, she blends global perspective with a deep commitment to education, research, and empowerment.
Yalda’s Health Journey and the Creation of Eat Burn Sleep
Yalda’s journey into health began after being diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis in 2007 and Autoimmune Hemolytic Anemia in 2012. These conditions led her to spend more than a decade researching chronic inflammation, gut microbiota, and lifestyle medicine. She travelled extensively, consulting specialists, nutritionists, naturopaths, and functional doctors worldwide.
After years of rigorous study, trial, and careful experimentation, she succeeded in putting both autoimmune conditions into long-term remission. This breakthrough became the foundation of Eat Burn Sleep, launched in 2019 to share her research and provide an accessible, evidence-based path to anti-inflammatory living for everyone.
Today, EBS offers weekly meal plans, movement programs, expert educational content, personalised protocols for conditions such as IBD, IBS, PCOS, endometriosis, thyroid issues, eczema, psoriasis, anxiety, and depression, as well as Biotics by Eat Burn Sleep, a clean probiotics line developed to complement the lifestyle.
Working with Doctors and Medical Professionals
Yalda is widely recognised as an Anti-Inflammation Pioneer and is regularly consulted by medical professionals worldwide. She has worked closely with the NHS to support IBD and Rheumatoid Arthritis patients, and collaborates with gastroenterologists, endocrinologists, functional medicine doctors, and integrative practitioners who incorporate EBS principles into their patient care.
Her work extends to hospitality, wellness, and corporate spaces, including partnerships with JP Morgan, the World Economic Forum, major asset managers, hedge funds, Barbara Sturm, Valmont, and The Organic Pharmacy. She has also guided athletes, celebrities, and individuals facing complex or unresolved health challenges.
Media and Professional Background
Yalda’s expertise has been featured across major media outlets, including BBC World, The Times, The Telegraph, Daily Mail, Sunday Express, Harper’s Bazaar, Forbes, Hello!, Glamour, and Woman & Home. Her background in capital markets, supported by degrees in Economics and Finance from EDHEC Business School and postgraduate studies at the London School of Economics, gives her a unique analytical and research-based approach to health.
Beyond wellness, Yalda is passionate about education and the arts. She has served as a teaching assistant and school governor, is a member of Spirit Now, and has had her home featured in Architectural Digest Italy and Arabia for its interior design.
Yalda’s mission is to empower people to take control of their wellbeing through sustainable habits rooted in science, without extremes. Through Eat Burn Sleep, she continues to expand research on gut health, inflammation, and lifestyle medicine, ensuring the platform remains the leading global authority on anti-inflammatory living.
