Aims of the Six-Week Reset

We couldn’t be more excited for you to go through the Six-Week Reset! The aim for the next six weeks is for you to invest attention in your body and mind for 42 days and to set new good habits for the long run.

You might have learned from the Eat Burn Sleep social media platforms that Yalda does not believe in diets and extreme calorie restrictions. Her instinct has always been that ‘diets’ do not work; now, evidence finally shows this.

During the Six-Week Reset, you will consume nutrient-dense foods that give you power but won’t weigh you down and cause inflammation. If you embark on a regimen that doesn’t fit your daily routine, it will be hard to stick to. Use the suggested breakdown of weeks to help you feel your best and reach your optimal health.

What to Expect

The Six-Week Reset is not about extreme calorie restriction but more about rebooting your body and improving your gut flora. With healthier gut flora and lower inflammation levels, your body will be more efficient at everything. You will lose weight if you need to, you will also be able to put weight on if you need to, and you will have better focus, clarity, higher energy levels, and a better mood.

How to Use the Six-Week Reset

The Six-Week Reset offers much guidance and flexibility, so you don’t have to put your life on hold for six weeks. We want you to live your everyday life with work, family, and social gatherings with new, healthier habits. These six weeks are meant to be a fun one, and you will not be made to feel guilty if you have a treat or two.

On your dashboard, you will find your Daily Goals to account for your daily steps, hydration goals, and morning and evening meditation routines.

Before You Start Week 1

In the week leading up to the program, take time to prepare for success:

  • Read through all the Week 1 guidance – including Meal Planning, Meal Timing, and details for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snacks, Treats, and Drinks.
  • Follow the Example Week at the bottom of the Week 1 page for structure and ideas.
  • Check the Food Lists if you’d like to create your own meals within the plan.
  • Watch the Week 1 Masterclass (Premium members only) to deepen your understanding and boost motivation.
  • Plan your meals in advance for Week 1 and write a shopping list to match. Check out the Buying, Storying, and Cooking Food resource.

  • Explore the Recipes and decide which gut-healthy meals you’ll cook — support is provided to help you create your list.
  • Review Anti-Inflammatory Groceries on a Budget to keep your shopping practical and cost-effective.

Taking these steps before Day 1 ensures you’ll feel organised, confident, and ready to make the most of the reset.
