Hello everyone!

I am delighted to announce that the Eat Burn Sleep Power Breakfast is back on for the 17th of January 2020! This fantastic workshop will take place at the beautiful Timothy Taylor Gallery in Mayfair, London. I will give a talk covering the topic of grains, beans, pulses, corn and gluten in-depth, and how this topic links to inflammation, gut health and weight-loss. We will serve a delicious Eat Burn Sleep brunch featuring my most popular recipes, and you will also be given a very generous goodie bag filled with wonderful products!
